typical Quality Assurance programme comprises a planned system of
activities that will provide assurance that the product is constructed
as specified in the detailed design.

and rehabilitation planning for residue disposal facilities is important
to ensure, that once decommissioned, the facility has a closure
plan that is sustainable in the long term and offers a “walk-away”
